Andrew CasselAndrew Cassel has been creating and curating social media content for the University of Alaska Fairbanks since 2011. Cassel is a five-time winner of Aurora Awards of Excellence from the Public Relations Society of America – Alaska including the 2018 Grand Award of Excellence. Cassel has also presented about social media content best practices to the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce, Alaska Democrats, Perseverance Theatre, as part of the Transportation Communicators webinar series, at the American Geophysical Union 2018 annual fall meeting, as part of the HigherEd Experts 2018 and 2019 Higher Ed Content conferences, the 2019 eduWeb Digital Summit as well as at the 2017 and 2018 Higher Ed Web annual conferences.
Jeff has been helping organizations manage, measure and optimize their Web presence for nearly 20 years. As VP Product and Customer Success, Jeff is responsible for managing Mintent’s rapidly evolving, customer-driven roadmap throughout the product. He leads and collaborates with the entire Mintent team on corporate strategy, product marketing, sales, training, and support. Jeff holds a Journalism degree from Carleton University, is an empty-nesting father of two, a craft beer enthusiast, sports nut and he maintains a special place in his heart for the written word!
Jesse is a firm believer in that little bit of marketing magic that can help to make (or break) a great idea. From nonprofits and startups to global enterprise, he’s leveraged hard data and human connections to ease market transitions and spark growth and reinvention from product to brand to culture. Today he leads the global marketing team at Funnelback, the on-site search engine for higher education. He’s excited to work with a team of brilliant engineering minds to leverage machine learning and bring superior user experience and accessibility to higher ed.
