Going to conferences is one of my favorite parts about working in Higher Ed.
There’s nothing better when groups of people come to share knowledge and push their professions and the pursuit of education forward. This past month I was fortunate to attend Noel-Levitz NCSRM in Denver and EduWeb in Dallas.
Although we were able to create a video recap summary for EduWeb, we’ve been asking folks to share with us their takeaways from Noel-Levitz so others can join in the fun.
Below are my favorite three presentations from NCSRM 2011:
- Should there be a Sophomore Student Experience?
- Community College Retention by the Numbers
- Summary of Advanced Trends in Mobile and Social Media
Did you attend the conference and write a recap? Please share it with us and we’ll add it to the list above.
Hope you enjoy your Fall conference season!
