How do you protect your institution, inform your leadership and keep a cool head when social media rumors are flying?

Social media is instant, global and uncensored and has been a game changer in the public relations and marketing communications landscape. Join this webinar to learn more about how social listening tools, data collection, and rapid responses can help you stay ahead of the rumor mill. We’ll talk through best practices for engaging your followers and moving the conversation off of social and into meaningful resolutions.

We’ll also engage in an open discussion about free speech and our followers’ often misplaced expectations that universities should be censoring community members for having views they disagree with. Let’s plan to learn from each other!
