With more than 1,000 attendees, it is the largest event exploring the challenges and trends shaping marketing in higher education. Rob ZinkanRob Zinkan is in his 14th year with Indiana University, currently in a system-wide role as associate vice president for marketing, serving as marketing liaison to the flagship campus leadership and marketing community; working to develop, champion, and deploy the university’s brand strategy; and leading IU’s internal marketing agency. Previously, he worked at the campus level as vice chancellor for external affairs at Indiana University East and assistant dean for advancement at Indiana University–Purdue University Columbus (IUPUC). Rob earned his bachelor's degree from Wabash College, master's from Xavier University, and doctorate from Creighton University. He authors the University Advancement blog and is past chair of CASE Indiana.
Dan Dillon Jr.
Dan Dillon Jr. is senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Arizona State University. He was appointed CMO in 2013 to lead branding and marketing activities across the university. Dan is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years in domestic and global general management roles in both the consumer packaged goods and restaurant industries. Previous senior roles included chief marketing officer for Outback Steakhouse and executive vice president and chief branding officer for Ruby Tuesday.
Deborah Maue is vice president for strategic marketing and communications at Columbia College Chicago. Prior to joining Columbia College earlier in 2015, Deb served as senior strategist at mStoner. She has also served as associate vice president for marketing strategy at DePaul University. Deb has more than 20 years of experience in consumer packaged goods and higher education marketing. She is co-chair of the AMA Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Education Committee.
