HigherEd Live is a live weekly web show network about the world of higher education. Our programming focuses on on the emerging role of social media and digital media marketing in higher education and student affairs. Broadcasting live every Sunday at 7 p.m. ET, and Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET, each week’s episodes feature exclusive interviews with professionals from colleges and universities across the country, and provides viewers with direct access to some of the best and brightest minds outside the lines of higher ed. Tackling new topics each week, the network aims to foster knowledge sharing and be an asset for higher education professionals around the globe.

Seth Odell

Host and Producer

Seth Odell is a Los Angeles-based digital media marketing specialist. Working at UCLA since 2007, he has helped conceptualize and launch strategic university-wide social media initiatives, including UCLA’s YouTube, Facebook and Twitter pages. Prior to his arrival at UCLA, Seth worked as an assignment editor for ABC News in Albany, NY. He blogs new media, media relations and higher education at AsMediaChanges.com.

In addition to his work in higher education, Seth is founder of Partridge House Productions and the man behind the glass at BeerWithFriends.com.

Ashley Hennigan

Host, Admissions Live

Ashley Hennigan is a community manager, communication strategist and education warrior based in Rochester,  New York. She is assistant director of undergraduate admissions at Rochester Institute of Technology and serves as a member of the university’s social media user group and mobile strategy team. Ashley speaks at college admissions and higher education web professional conferences including NACAC, NYSACAC, HighEdWeb, PSUweb, .eduguru Summit and others about  communication and media technologies in college admissions and enrollment.

Eric Stoller

Host, Student Affairs Live

Eric Stoller is a nationally known thought leader, speaker, consultant and blogger in the areas of higher education, student affairs, academic advising and technology. Eric is the student affairs and technology blogger for InsideHigherEd.com. Eric has given presentations on student affairs + technology at multiple Student Affairs / Higher Education conferences (AACRAO, ACPA, EDUCAUSE, NACADA, NACAS, NACURH and NASPA) and is a former regional chair of the NASPA Technology Knowledge Community. He holds a B.A. in Communications/Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa and an Ed.M. in College Student Services Administration from Oregon State University. Eric has been blogging since 2004 and tweeting since 2007.

Ardith Feroglia

Production Assistant

Ardith Feroglia is a graduate student in Oregon State University’s College Student Services Administration (CSSA) Master’s program. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2008 at Western Washington University in communication. In addition, she is a blogger, a self-proclaimed “aspiring world traveler,” and a dancer. She currently serves as the NASPA International Education Knowledge Community’s Technology Chair.
